Refund Policy:

We strive to satisfy our customers with our handcrafted desserts and amazing customer service. If you are unhappy with your order, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery) of your concern and return your dessert to us. We require at least 80% of the product be returned, along with proof of purchase, in order to evaluate the situation for a possible store credit or a partial refund.

 

All returns must be made within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery. We will sample the remaining product to determine if it warrants any kind of action. If the product quality meets our standards, no refund or credit will be given. We do operate with integrity and take your complaints very seriously so we will do our best to accommodate any dissatisfaction.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change and sometimes an order needs to be cancelled. We will gladly offer a 50% refund or 100% store credit of your order price for all cancellations made at least 14 days prior to pick-up or delivery. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of your pick-up or delivery, we will provide you with store credit for use toward a future purchase. A cancellation made within 48 hours of your pick-up or delivery may not receive a refund or store credit due to costs incurred in the purchase, priority and preparation of the order.

 

Orders that require delivery and cannot be delivered due to customer’s wrong information or availability will be taken back to Fancy Flavors and stored until further notice. Should you require a future delivery date, you will be held responsible for an additional delivery charge. Because of the nature of our business and our quality and freshness assurance, we will dispose of any dessert item that is not picked up or delivered within 48 hours after the due time and you will NOT be refunded for your order.
